I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The staff were friendly and efficient, checking us in early and taking the time to explain the safe and air con settings. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a big bathroom and a private balcony offering a view of the boats coming in and out. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the pier and the bustling bars and clubs, yet still quiet enough to enjoy a peaceful night on the balcony. The hotel also provided free water in the fridge and had good wifi signal throughout.

Despite the negative aspects, we did appreciate the cleanliness of the rooms and the fact that our luggage was kept secure before and after check-in. The hotel's central location was also a plus, as it was conveniently close to the beach, harbor, restaurants, beach clubs. One other advantage we enjoyed was the comfortable bed.

Our stay at this hotel was highly disappointing. we were not allowed to check into our room until 2:00 PM, which was quite inconvenient.

The location was ideal, close to both beaches and the pier, yet far enough from the nightlife for a peaceful night's sleep. Plus, having a balcony with a clothes drying rack was a convenient bonus. it was a great experience.

Unlike some other hotels, this one offers a good selection of TV channels, including HBO, for a pleasant entertainment experience.

The hotel is conveniently located near a laundry service, which charged only 40 baht per kg and had our clothes ready in just 4 hours. I had a wonderful experience at Jj Residence. The room was spacious and comfortable, and it was one of the nicer hotels we've stayed in. I would definitely recommend it to others.

We did encounter a couple of drawbacks. the bathroom had some issues with sewer flies and a sewer smell when using the shower, which was not pleasant.

The location was perfect for us party-loving teenagers, right in the center of Phi Phi. We booked the one day tour of Phi Phi on a longtail boat and it was insane! We snorkelled in crystal clear waters, explored amazing caves, and even jumped off cliffs into the sea. It was non-stop fun and adventure!

If there's one thing we wished for, it would be more lively entertainment at the hotel. Don't get me wrong, the location was great for hitting the clubs, but it would have been awesome to have some fun activities or a poolside DJ to keep the party vibes going during the day.

It felt very homey and had a great view from the second-floor room. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to the nightlife but still quiet enough for privacy. the staff were friendly and always available to help, and they even had a pool to enjoy. it exceeded my expectations and I can't wait to stay here again on my next visit to Phi Phi.
