We had a fantastic stay at the JW Marriott Resort in Phuket. the resort is perfectly located away from the hustle and bustle, giving us a serene and peaceful environment. the staff were incredibly friendly and considerate, always going above and beyond to enhance our experience. the variety of restaurants, bars, and the breakfast buffet were top-notch, earning a perfect 10/10 rating. We were impressed by the high level of cleanliness throughout the resort, including the rooms, pool areas, gardens, and common areas. the welcome gift and refreshing drink at check-in added a nice touch to our arrival. there were plenty of activities and tours to choose from, providing options beyond just lounging by the pool.

Our stay at the Marriott was exceptional. From the incredibly friendly staff to the warm and welcoming atmosphere, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The value for money was great and our room, especially the balcony facing the beach, was perfect. The location right in front of the stunning and sparsely populated beach was a huge highlight. The staff treated us like family, making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay.

One thing that could make the breakfast even better is to have more variety in the breakfast items, especially in terms of local Thai dishes.

The resort was absolutely amazing! the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. the facilities were top, notch and well, maintained. We especially loved the variety of activities offered, keeping us entertained throughout our trip. the breakfast spread was outstanding, with a wide range of delicious options to choose from. Plus, the stunning views of the Andaman Sea and the incredible sunset every night made our experience even more magical.

We did notice a slight issue when we entered our room. There was a damp smell, which was a bit off, putting.

The beachside location was fantastic, allowing for easy access to the beautiful beach and stunning views. the staff were very friendly and helpful, making the stay more enjoyable. Additionally, the high level of cleanliness throughout the hotel was impressive.

One major drawback was the lack of free internet connection, which required an additional payment or membership. This was disappointing considering that most hotels nowadays offer complimentary Wi-Fi.

Excellent Chinese noodle soup, spacious rooms, multiple swimming pools, and a range of activities offered. The babysitting staff, especially Pond, were fantastic.

I had the most phenomenal private dinner during my stay. After a long day exploring Patong, I returned to my room to find a delicious meal prepared by the amazing Chef Chon and served by Aof. The flavors of the chicken, prawns, tenderloin, fried rice, mashed potatoes, and vegetables were absolutely wonderful. It was truly a great experience that I will never forget.

I recently had a fabulous stay at a resort in Phuket. The location was perfect for those seeking peace and relaxation, with a beautiful beach nearby for walks. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with numerous activities for families and a kids club that kept children well entertained. The facilities were excellent, including a wonderful pool and a variety of restaurants in Turtle Village, just a short distance away. The rooms were spacious and well-designed, with intricate and colorful designs throughout. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide range of delicious options to choose from. it was a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Although the food at the Andaman Grill was delicious, I found it a little too bland for my taste.

I had an amazing time at this resort. The pool area for kids of all ages was excellent, and the kids club was top notch. The selection of restaurants was great, and the quality of the food was impressive. The cooking school was a fun experience, and the garden was well-maintained. The staff spoke good English and were very helpful. Nils, the assistant director of F & B, was especially proactive and friendly. The location was perfect, with a tranquil long beach and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

The rooms were nice and the property was spacious. The kid's playroom kept my daughter entertained. There were several good restaurants with friendly staff and gluten-free options. The teppanyaki at the Japanese restaurant was a highlight with a friendly and entertaining chef. The breakfast had excellent choices of bread and fruit, and the gym was well-equipped. The beach, though not swimmable, was stunning and uncrowded. it's a fantastic hotel for families.

wow, jw marriott really outdid themselves this time! what a perfect break on our long journey. the exceptional staff, including mook and gift, made our stay unforgettable. and when my daughter had an accident, the hotel went above and beyond to support us, sending teddy bears and treats. amazing!

My partner and I recently stayed at a resort in Phuket that is located on a lovely secluded beach, just a short drive from the airport. The peacefulness and serenity of the beach were exactly what we were looking for during our vacation. The resort's grounds were beautifully green and well-maintained, providing a tranquil atmosphere for relaxation. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, offering a much-needed escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We were also pleased with the variety of facilities offered by the resort, including a well-equipped gym and three beach massage points. The beach itself was breathtakingly beautiful, with crystal clear waters and soft sand.

The noise from the occasional wedding parties held in the resort's gardens. Although they didn't go on late into the night, the noise could be slightly bothersome at times.

I recently stayed at the Jw Marriott in Phuket for a week-long family vacation. From the moment we arrived, the exceptional customer service was evident. They had our room ready by mid-morning and the staff was always friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread was out of this world, with a wide selection of delicious options and fresh juices. The hotel grounds were beautiful, with lovely pools, although caution is needed around small children. Becoming a Jw Marriott member allowed us to enjoy free WiFi throughout our stay. an amazing hotel for everyone, with great amenities and dining options.
