We stayed at this historic inn for a weekend getaway. The uneven floors and basic plumbing added to its charm. The staff was hospitable and the free breakfast in the tavern or on the patio was terrific. The location, overlooking the Tred Avon River with a ferry landing nearby, was awesome. Our server, who we have had every time we visit, is wonderful and the food is always exceptional. It truly is my peaceful spot.

The historic country inn had so much charm and character, which is something you don't find in newer places. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was pleasant and professional, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location on the Oxford peninsula was superb, with scenic river views right next to the waterfront. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located just across the street from the Oxford-Bellevue ferry. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities were well-maintained. The included breakfast was delicious and had a great menu.
