As foreign tourists, we loved the friendly and helpful owner of the hotel. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities we needed including a TV, fridge, and toiletries. The shower was fantastic, always providing hot water. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. We also appreciated the two free bottles of water provided daily. Although there was no breakfast option, there was coffee and biscuits available, and the owner was happy to recommend great places to eat nearby. The location of the hotel was convenient, just a short walk to the night market and shops. a great stay with excellent value for money.

Located in the center of town, this hotel is convenient for exploring the city and is close to the ferry port. It is also near the night markets, where you can find delicious local food and vibrant atmosphere. The staff here are friendly and helpful, even arranging a taxi for our early morning airport transfer.

the staff were incredibly helpful and ensured that I had a pleasant experience throughout my stay. the recently renovated rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a great bed and a hot shower - a rarity in Thailand! the hotel's central location was a major plus, as it was within walking distance of the night market, temple. the hotel offered free tea, coffee, toast, biscuits, and bananas, which was a nice touch. I had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again.

During my xmas stay, I absolutely loved the friendly and helpful staff at this hotel. The room was clean, quiet, and equipped with a good wifi connection, which made my stay even more enjoyable. the hotel's location was a big plus as it was conveniently close to the pier for ferry transport. This made it incredibly convenient for me to explore nearby islands and participate in day tours.

One aspect that I found slightly disappointing was the lack of soundproofing in the rooms. On one particular morning, I was woken up by the loud arguing of two individuals outside my room.

The staff at Oyo 1118 Kl Boutique were incredibly friendly and helpful. the hotel is conveniently located, close to everything, and offers great value for money. Our room was spacious and clean, with all amenities provided, including extra pillows. the receptionist even carried our bags upstairs for us. We were also pleased with the free toast and tea/coffee available. we have nothing but positive things to say about this place!
