Lovely old world atmosphere in the pub with a rich history. We enjoyed the cozy ambiance and the fact that we could have a satisfying meal right on site. The garden setting with a stream running through it added to the charm of the place, even though we couldn't fully enjoy it due to the rain. The location was perfect for our work needs and the parking was ample and convenient. The breakfast served by a cheerful and attentive young lady was exceptional - freshly cooked, well presented and delicious.

The service was top-notch and the room amenities were excellent, from the ironing facilities to the tea and coffee supplies. Free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a definite bonus.
