We had a fantastic stay with spacious rooms and a spectacular view at the pool. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The location was convenient, close to a nice beach with good Thai restaurants. The hotel also provided transportation and a shuttle service, which was very helpful. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Restaurants, bars, free sunbeds, and massage available at the beach. Excellent rooms with luxury bathrooms and efficient air conditioning. Family suite ideal for groups with kids. Pool facilities for young kids and adults. Friendly staff and outstanding concierge. Regular buses to nearby towns. Modern and new facilities such as spa and pools.

I had an absolutely amazing vacation at this brand new resort. The design of the resort is outstanding and it is perfectly located on the edge of Khao Lak. The breakfast was delicious and the variety of sport and game facilities kept me entertained. The staff, especially Joe and Spy, were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The "private" beach was beautiful and the complimentary shuttle to Khao Lak was convenient. The rooms were large and comfortable, and housecleaning was offered every day.

I did experience a few drawbacks during my stay. The pools close at 6 PM, which was a bit early for my liking.

We had an amazing stay at this lovely resort in a stunning location. The beach, with its river leading to it, was absolutely breathtaking. We enjoyed delicious meals at the Far Mai restaurant on the beach, surrounded by the beautiful scenery of Khao Lak. The spacious rooms had comfortable beds and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The friendly staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of tasty options. We also loved the spectacular view from the pool.

The food at some of the other restaurants in the resort was not up to par.

The room was amazing and had all the luxury extras such as slippers and robes. the breakfast was great with plenty of options to choose from. the staff were wonderful and very polite. the location was perfect, close to the beach and with beautiful pools to enjoy. the schedule at the kids center was excellent, my daughter loved it!

The communication with the Thai staff was a bit difficult but they were still very polite. the private pool was not very private as it was only covered in leaves.

I enjoyed the full body massage at the spa centre and spent relaxing moments at the saltwater pool, surrounded by a sun terrace with sun loungers and beach umbrellas. the garden area was beautifully designed and provided a peaceful setting. the continental breakfast at the restaurant was delicious, and the poolside snack bar and beach bar were perfect options for a quick bite. The hotel's location advantages, such as the outdoor dining area and BBQ facilities, made my stay even more enjoyable. Cons: My only minor issue during my stay was the slow service at the lobby bar. this did not affect my overall experience at the hotel, as the service was excellent in other areas.

As a young family, we loved the great pools and the private beach with shade. The friendly service and good activities made our stay even better.

The fitness center at the hotel was truly excellent, with state-of-the-art equipment and a wide range of exercise options. We loved being able to stay active during our vacation. Also, the location of the hotel was great, just a short walk to the beautiful beach. We enjoyed spending our days lounging by the crystal clear waters and taking in the stunning views. Furthermore, the restaurant Far Mai on the beach was a highlight of our stay. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options, and the atmosphere was relaxed and inviting.

The room we stayed in had a strong smell of sewage outside, which made it unpleasant to spend time on the private pool terrace.
