During my stay at the resort, I encountered a plumbing issue in my room. However, the staff at Beyond Resort Kata - Sha Extra Plus were quick to respond and resolve the problem. They immediately sent a handyman to fix the issue and even offered to move me to another room if needed. Their prompt and efficient service made me feel valued as a guest.

I do have to mention a minor drawback, which was the pool chair situation. It was frustrating to see that almost every pool chair was claimed with towels early in the morning, even though there was a sign stating that saving chairs was against hotel policy.

Located on a beautiful beach with clean water and sugar sand. Currently undergoing renovations to improve the resort. Front counter staff were helpful and upgraded my room. Assistance provided in obtaining necessary paperwork for travel was fantastic. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good breakfast options. Hotel is conveniently close to Patong area but still offers a relaxed atmosphere.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The location was absolutely perfect, situated right on the beach and surrounded by stunning grounds. It was also conveniently located in a nice area of town, with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. This hotel truly offers the best of both worlds, with beautiful beach views and easy access to local amenities.

In terms of negative aspects, there was really only one minor issue. The keycard system was a bit inconvenient, as it required reactivation multiple times throughout my stay.

During my stay, I found the location of the hotel to be great, especially on days when the sea was too rough for swimming. It was close to some fantastic restaurants, offering a variety of delicious food. Additionally, being right on the beach was a major advantage as I could easily access and enjoy the beautiful Kata Beach.

The hotel had a disappointing odor, much like a hospital, which was quite unpleasant.

Nothing it was perfect.

First of all, amazing complementary breakfast with lots of options and a great start to the day. The location is perfect, right on the pristine beach with spectacular sea views. The rooms are very spacious, modern and clean with a great view of the beautiful pool.

They need to work on their staff service especially at the pool bar which was not very welcoming and quite unfriendly. the Wi-Fi was only available in the reception, a bit inconvenient.

Excellent assistance obtaining necessary COE and arranging PCR tests before my flight. Responsive and genuine staff. Friendly and knowledgeable hotel team. Good breakfast options. Comfortable room with beach-view balcony. Convenient location near shops and restaurants on the beach.

A Stress-Free Vacation!

The deluxe sea view room was amazing, with a stunning view of the beach and the relaxing sound of the waves. The staff at Beyond Kata were incredibly helpful, friendly, and accommodating throughout our stay. The breakfast was very good and we enjoyed the live band during dinner. Happy hour at the pool bar was definitely worthwhile! The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to great seafood restaurants, street food, massage spas, and shops within walking distance. We also appreciated being just a short tuktuk ride away from the amazing nightlife at Patong Beach. The private beach access and beach/pool amenities provided a superb experience for both families and couples. we had a wonderful time and will definitely consider returning to Beyond Kata for another vacation! I would highly recommend this hotel for a stress-free and enjoyable stay.

We recently stayed at Beyond Kata for a week-long vacation and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff members were incredibly helpful, friendly, and polite throughout our stay. We were particularly impressed with the exceptional customer service displayed by the manager, Glen, who personally delivered flowers to my family member when they were hospitalized. The dining room manager, Supra, also deserves special mention for her assistance and professionalism. The food at the dining room was of a high standard with a wide variety to choose from. Additionally, the hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and had comfortable and spacious rooms. We especially loved the homely feel of the older-style decor.
