We had a fantastic stay at Kaya Heritage! The room was clean and comfortable, and the pool was a refreshing escape from the heat. The location was perfect for exploring nearby temples, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only minor drawback was the limited supply of toiletries. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Bangkok.

The hotel's location provides a peaceful and clean environment, allowing us to relax and enjoy our stay. The friendly staff made us feel welcome and assisted us throughout our visit. The new and comfortable rooms were cleaned daily by a nice cleaning lady, ensuring a pleasant stay. the presence of a pool added an extra level of enjoyment.

It would have been preferable to have more sources of natural light in the rooms, as relying solely on bathroom windows made the rooms feel a bit cave-like.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and it was a great experience! the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. the location was convenient to nearby attractions and transportation. Loved the modern technology in the room and the comfortable beds. the daily water was a nice touch and the pool with jacuzzi jets was refreshing.

Although the room was clean and modern, it was on the smaller side. the bathroom was the only source of natural light, which made the room feel a bit cave-like.

I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist me. The location was perfect, with plenty of nearby attractions to explore. The room was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the modern technology in the room was a great addition. The bathroom was fantastic, with both a shower and bathtub that worked flawlessly. I also loved the robes provided in the room and the daily supply of water. The pool, although small, was a refreshing place to relax and cool off, especially with the jacuzzi jets. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
