The value for money at this resort was excellent. Our room, a garden bungalow, was spacious and modern in design, surrounded by trees and a small pond nearby. The location was perfect, with the best beach on Koh Chang right in front of us. The staff treated us exceptionally well, from check-in to check-out, and we felt truly taken care of throughout our 14-day stay. Special thanks to Mr. Tee, Mr. Pom, the ladies from the SPA, and the animation boys who made the water gym and yoga lesson enjoyable. The infinity pool at the hillside offered breathtaking sunset views that we'll never forget.

The breakfast selection could have had more options for vegetarians. There was very little choice for us, and we had to ask for clean glasses each day.

We had an amazing time at a lush property with excellent location. The resort had multiple pools, ensuring they were never overcrowded, and easy access to the beach. We stayed in a beautiful Villas with interconnecting rooms and were upgraded to a beachfront Villa, which was a big bonus. The breakfast was the best we've had anywhere in the world, with a wide range of options. The room was separate from the main area, providing a quiet and private space with a lovely garden view. The housekeeping service was exceptional, even creating a bouquet for us. The resort's location was very convenient, with nearby amenities such as 711, restaurants, and massage facilities.

Amazing beachfront location with various pools, gym, and boxing classes. Big and clean rooms, superb service, and convenience of a nearby 7/11. Will definitely return in the future. highly recommended.

We had the most wonderful stay at this resort. The staff at Kc Grande Resort & Spa - Sha Extra Plus were incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially with our large family. They even gave us a suite with a pool view, which was perfect for our kids. The pool areas were great, offering different options for everyone. The location of the hotel, right on the beach, provided us with lots of enjoyable moments. The breakfast had a good variety of options for all of us. The resort was well-maintained and clean, ensuring a pleasant stay. we found it to be great value for money.

The breakfast options were fantastic and very filling, even for those with a big appetite. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable for a good night's rest. The hotel was conveniently located near various street food options and a convenience store for essentials. The beach was well maintained and a great spot to relax and soak up the sun.

The gym facilities were outdated and not well-maintained, making it difficult to have an effective workout. Some of the amenities were overpriced, making it hard to justify spending extra money for them.

There were plenty of shops and commercial services nearby, and transportation was not an issue, with limousine service, airport shuttle, and paid shuttle service. On arrival, we were welcomed with a refreshing drink and given tours/ticket assistance. Our room was spacious with excellent amenities, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. We could relax on the balcony and terrace or in the sitting area, which was equipped with a dining table, patio, and garden furniture. We enjoyed the in-room air conditioning, television, and provided electric kettle.

The room was absolutely gorgeous, with large and comfortable beds, a jacuzzi bath, and a walk-in shower. The separate block location provided a quiet and peaceful atmosphere.
