We visited this hotel again and decided to stay in the Orchid Wing this time. The rooms were lovely and very spacious. The hotel was still as lovely and the staff were still there from previous years so it was lovely to see lots of familiar faces. We booked directly with the hotel and paid for the “package. It also includes several free evening meals in the hotel restaurant which were delicious. We ate other meals at Andaman Seafood Restaurant a 5 minute walk from hotels and booked our trips through them with Hughie the Barman. His prices were much cheaper than the hotel travel company. You will find total relaxation here and the most beautiful beach. I would recommend this hotel to anyone’s hotel wants a quieter holiday. I'll recommend this hotel.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of value for money. We were pleasantly surprised by the affordable prices of the beach/pool massages and the excellent service provided by the massage ladies. The location, just a 10-minute drive from Khao Lak town, was perfect for us as we wanted to relax at the beach and still have the option to explore the nearby area. The rooms, especially the ones with big balconies, were spacious and comfortable for our family of two adults and two kids. The breakfast spread was varied and delicious, offering something for everyone.

I had the most peaceful and relaxing stay at this beachfront hotel. The hotel staff were excellent, always attentive and helpful. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. I loved the two swimming pools, especially the exclusive one for adults. The hotel also provided a shuttle service to the nearby town, making it convenient to explore other restaurants and attractions. The location on the beach was perfect, with a beautiful and quiet stretch of sand. There were no noisy water activities, allowing for a truly tranquil experience.

Nothing to dislike.

The staff at the hotel were amazing and provided excellent service. the rooms were perfectly clean and comfortable. the breakfast offered a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. the hotel is located on a beautiful, long sandy beach that is peaceful and not crowded. There is a massage service available right next to the pool, which was very convenient. Additionally, bikes and bicycles were available for rent, offering a fun way to explore the area.

The hotel is located approximately 5 kilometers from the city, which can be a bit inconvenient if you want to visit frequently. the shuttle service to the city is quite expensive, especially for families.

We had a great time during our Easter vacation in this resort. the pool was amazing, with plenty of sunbeds to relax on. we loved that we could easily reach the nearby restaurants and shops, and the beautiful beach was just a short walk away. One of the things we enjoyed the most was the friendly staff, who were always very helpful and made us feel at home.

On the other hand, the Wi-Fi was kind of annoying since we had to keep logging in every time we used it. the breakfast lacked variety and could have been better.

Additionally, the hotel provided a shuttle service and affordable scooter or bicycle rental, allowing us to explore the nearby attractions easily.
