We had an amazing time at this hotel! The location is perfect, just a short 2-minute walk to the beautiful beach. The hotel is very spacious and well-maintained, with a large parking area and lovely views from the balcony. The staff were super friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with a powerful shower and nice beds. The breakfast spread was amazing, with plenty of options to choose from. We also appreciated the option to rent a motorbike at normal prices, which allowed us to easily explore the island. we highly recommend this place for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We recommend this hotel to everyone, it's that good!

This place is just steps away from the beach, making it incredibly convenient for beach lovers like me. The location couldn't be better. The staff here are extremely friendly and always ready to help. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. The poolside is a great place to unwind and the pool bar offers delicious cocktails at affordable prices. The wifi connection is excellent, which is a big plus for those who need to stay connected.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Nearby beach and clean swimming pool are nice! Plus, it's great that the hotel offered breakfast and ample parking.

The staff seemed to be overworked and unable to keep the rooms clean. There were lots of stains on the floor and the towels seemed like they were from a different hotel.

During our stay at Koh Chang Paradise Hill, we had a great experience overall. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options. We enjoyed the nearby beach which was clean and had plenty of deck chairs for everyone. The room met our expectations and we were satisfied with its condition. The positive feedback from other guests turned out to be accurate. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Guests appreciate the brand new facilities, such as the clean and spacious rooms with large beds and nice terraces. The towels provided at the hotel were reportedly of low quality and often described as "little more than rags", which is disappointing given the overall positive experience.
