Limited availability of fresh coconut milk, which was not as sweet as mainland coconuts. Lack of precise and easily obtainable maps for exploring the island's roads and attractions.

The hotel had excellent facilities, including a good pool and beautiful beach. The staff were friendly and provided exceptional service. The location was perfect for relaxation, and there were transportation options available to explore other lively places nearby. The cleanliness of the hotel and its surroundings was top-notch.

Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

We had the upper "Sunset" house all to ourselves, complete with a jacuzzi and a private veranda with a beach view. The room had a mini bar with reasonably priced drinks, and the resort provided a DVD player for our entertainment. The restaurant served delicious Western and Thai dishes, and the hotel arranged transportation from Bangkok. I highly recommend this resort for a blissful getaway.

I recently stayed at a resort on the beautiful bay of Thailand and had a fantastic experience. the staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Secondly, the basic amenities provided were exactly what I needed for my vacation. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and even had a small jacuzzi in between the two units with a sea view. The semi-outside bathroom with a jacuzzi was a lovely touch. Lastly, the breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious and satisfying. I especially loved the attention to detail in the presentation and the variety of dishes available.

All in all, everything was perfect during my stay at this hotel.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel on the beautiful bay of Thailand. The value for money was excellent, especially considering the stunning location right by the beach. The staff were attentive, friendly, and spoke English well, making communication a breeze. I was impressed with the attention to detail in the rooms, with a sea view and a small jacuzzi in between the two units. The semi-outside bathroom was a unique touch, allowing me to shower while enjoying the view of palm trees.

All was fine during my stay.

Great for families

We had a fantastic family vacation at a beach resort in Ko Kut. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and Indie, in particular, made our stay extraordinary. The resort was extremely family-friendly, providing high chairs and beach toys for our little one. The breakfast selection was excellent, and we enjoyed delicious dinners every night. Our Bali hut was basic but comfortable, and the outdoor shower/bathroom was a lovely touch. The beach and pool were stunning and private, making it difficult to leave our room. While there were some concerns about litter on the beach, it is everyone's responsibility to keep it clean. I highly recommend this resort for a memorable family getaway.

Staff: Well-trained, friendly, and helpful. Good English. Location: Small bay, stunning sunsets. Scooter rentals available for exploring.

The rooms were not cleaned properly and there was a strange smell. the food at the restaurant was average and overpriced.
