We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Lake Placid. The location was perfect, right in the center of everything. Our room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable king-sized bed. The staff was incredibly helpful and considerate, even replacing our broken fridge immediately. The breakfast at the on-site Starbucks was incredibly convenient. We also enjoyed the pool, although it could use some cleaning. we had a relaxing and enjoyable experience at this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for our needs as it was out of the congested area of town but still had easy driving access to the Olympic facilities, Whiteface Mountain in the winter, and Adirondack Loj in the summer. The staff were incredibly accommodating and understanding of our needs as athletes training for a race. The hotel facilities were exactly what we expected from a Courtyard Marriott, and the cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch. The free breakfast provided was a great bonus and helped start our days off right.

The breakfast buffet was great, especially enjoying it in front of a fire. The staff, particularly Pat and Larissa, were friendly and helpful. The parking lot was well maintained, even during heavy snow.

As bike riders, we loved the convenient trail behind the hotel and the fitness room. The clean rooms had comfortable beds, fridges, and fireplaces upon request. The heated pool, two hot tubs, and outside sitting areas were perfect for relaxation. The friendly staff even surprised us with complimentary S'mores kits!

The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful, allowing us to reschedule our reservation when the weather turned bad. The hotel has great amenities, and the lobby/bar/restaurant is a fantastic place to relax. The location is perfect for skiing at Whiteface, and the free parking is a convenient bonus. Access to complimentary hot chocolate and fruit for Marriott Rewards members was a nice touch.
