Located right on the river, Koh Mueangkarn Paradise View Resort offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The room, although small, is clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and tries their best to communicate despite the language barrier. Complimentary breakfast and dinner are served on the raft, providing a unique dining experience. The mini fridge in the room is fully stocked and the owner offers a fun and relaxing river raft ride in the morning.

The room had a lingering smell of cigarette smoke upon check-in.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a charming little hotel nestled amidst beautiful scenery. The location was in a very remote area, which made it incredibly peaceful and quiet. The hotel itself was built inside a dry evergreen forest, providing a unique and tranquil atmosphere. The staff were friendly, helpful, and very welcoming, making me feel right at home. The rooms, especially the ones on the water, were clean and comfortable with a lovely little balcony, perfect for enjoying the stunning views of the river. Despite its remote location, the hotel offered basic amenities and even had a floating restaurant with a good menu. Breakfast was included and consisted of delicious Thai home-cooked food. The attention to detail was evident throughout my stay, and I truly felt like I was surrounded by nature and able to recharge my batteries.

All was more than okay, no improvements needed.

The resort offered a unique river raft ride, delicious food, and beautiful views. The staff were helpful and friendly, especially a multitasking female staff member. The rooms, although old, were in good condition with a fully stocked mini fridge.

Spending my Christmas in this secluded hotel surrounded by natural beauty was a magical experience. The complimentary breakfast and dinner were a nice touch and the easy Thai home cooking type of food was delicious. , the river cruise in the morning was breathtaking. It's worth mentioning that the hotel's location in the river Kwai surrounded by mountains is a key factor that makes it unique. The chance to jump in the river in the safe areas provided by the hotel was an advantage that added fun to my stay.

The flies were annoying and there was no complimentary toothbrush or hairdryer. the room was small, and the bathroom had a big step that required extra caution.
