The staff were really friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to accommodate our requests. The hotel compound was beautifully maintained with lush greenery, creating a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The buffet breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options including made-to-order pancakes and eggs cooked to your preference. the spacious room with a luxurious bathroom featuring double sinks was a great plus.

The location of the hotel was quite isolated, requiring us to rent a motorcycle or car to explore the surrounding areas as there were limited nearby amenities. However, the hotel did make up for it with a floating deck, providing a calm and relaxing alternative to the beach.

Starlight dinner on floating pier was excellent. Pool area is pretty with palm trees, poolside bar service. Breakfast buffet overlooks pool with ocean view beyond. Relaxing atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff. Private pool, white sand beach, clear azure waters, private piers. Spacious rooms with comfortable bed, outdoor shower, semi outdoor bathtub. Decent breakfast and high-quality meals. Located in quiet part of Lamai with variety of dining and entertainment options nearby. Nice place to rest and recharge. Comfy rooms, extensive breakfast with various options. Incredibly nice and helpful staff, especially during child's sickness. Offered support and assistance throughout.

The Lamai Samui Resort offers amazing sea view pool villas and a beautiful beachfront location. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they even upgraded our room for free. The resort provides a unique and private experience with rooms that share a pool but still feel secluded. The dining at the restaurant is lovely and they catered to our daughter's eating preferences. We also enjoyed celebrating Songkrat with the hotel staff, who included us in their traditional celebrations and beach games. It was the perfect end to our family adventure in Thailand.

We had an exceptional stay at The Lamai Samui - Formerly Le Meridien Koh Samui Resort & Spa - Sha Extra Plus. The spa was magnificent and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We enjoyed the activities included with our stay and the stunning views from the restaurant over the infinity pool. The breakfast offered a great variety and the room service was efficient. We highly recommend this 5-star hotel to anyone visiting Koh Samui.

This hotel was just what we needed for our city trip. the complementary breakfast and spa were amazing! the location was also perfect for us, as it was close to the city center and all the attractions. Another advantage was the friendly and welcoming staff, who made us feel right at home.

Our air conditioning was not working properly and it took a while for the staff to fix it. our room was not as clean as we would have liked when we first checked in.

Our recent stay at this hotel was nothing short of luxurious. From the exclusive amenities to the attentive service, we felt truly pampered. the swimming pools, both indoor and outdoor, were stunning, and the beach access was a definite plus. the well-appointed Spa & wellness centre was an enjoyable experience, and the buffet breakfast had a great assortment of options.
