Y’all, that bed was like a cloud! Had all the tea and coffee goodies in the room too, which made for a cozy start to the day. The common area felt just like home, we’d sip tea and chat like nobody’s business. The neighborhood's got that nice Georgia charm—so many cute cafés and shops around!

It took me ages to make sense of public transport alternatives!!! The shared lounge could use some extra charm and comfort. The shower situation was utterly bizarre, using bath taps was a nightmare for me!!!

absolutley not what i expected! the room was tiny and the plumbing was a nightmare, creaking all night. i also almost got a complimentary room upgrade for my troubles but they just couldn’t manage it! must also mention the freezing cold water scenario—who doesn't love a shock bath? i just couldn’t recommend this place.

Loved the cute sitting room with a fridge and coffee maker. The neighborhood was fab—plenty of restaurants and parks nearby. Our room was cozy, and opening the window for fresh garden air was a delight!

But the shower pressure was like trying to squeeze water from a sponge—no thank you! Plus, I wasn't ready to dance around the tiny bathroom like I was in a game of Twister!

Had a braw time! The room was grand, flooded with sunlight and cozy with an antique charm. Neighburb was crackin’ with cafes. Only downside? No lift, bit of a hassle with bags. Would defo come back!

The location is fantastic, just a 20-minute walk from the center, in a lovely residential area with cafes and shops nearby. Our room was cozy, well-maintained, and equipped with a kettle and fridge, which was perfect for morning coffee and snacks for the kids.

The only downside was the lack of an elevator, which made carrying bags a bit challenging.

The stay was sweet as, but the shower pressure was a bit dodgy and carried my bags up all those stairs was a hassle. Loved how spacious and sunny the room was!

had a great time at new town guest house! the room was super spacious and filled with sunlight, which made mornings so nice. also loved that it had a coffee machine and kettle for fresh brews! the area is really cute with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. It felt safe and peaceful. the common room was a homey touch where we could chill and have breakfast easy.

but the shower pressure was pretty low and it took a while to get hot water. also, carrying our bags to the top floor was kinda a pain.

Location was great, just a couple of minutes walk from Stockbridge with tons of bistros and cafes. Easy access to the Water of Leith Walkway! So close to the city center too!
