I had an amazing experience at this hidden gem of a resort on a tranquil island in Thailand. The value for money was excellent, and our Deluxe Pool Villa with Sea View exceeded all expectations with its breathtaking scenery. The staff were incredibly friendly and Khwan went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay. The location was perfect, offering a beautiful view and a peaceful atmosphere.

The morning meal could be improved with better quality bread and jam.

The staff at Koh Yao Yai Hillside Resort were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They took the time to show us different room options and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The room itself was lovely, and we especially enjoyed the private pool. The included breakfast was delicious and the views from the resort were breathtaking. We also appreciated the shuttle service to the nearest beach. we had a great experience at Koh Yao Yai Hillside Resort and would highly recommend it to others.

The resort was perfect - clean, spacious, and well-decorated with beautiful sea views. The private pool and hot tub were a great addition. The staff were friendly, experienced, and provided excellent customer service. The location was central, making it easy to explore the island by motorbike.

I loved the location of this hotel. It was situated up on a hill and provided a beautiful view of the surrounding area. The rooms were cozy yet stylish, and you could tell that this place was well maintained and cared for. The staff here were extremely friendly and helpful, and their English was much better than at other hotels I've stayed at. The breakfast was simple but delicious, with a good mix of European and Asian food options.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. The staff, food, facilities, and location were all fantastic.

The view from the room was absolutely stunning, with a nice sea view that you cannot miss. the complimentary breakfast was mouth-watering and had great options. It was also really convenient, as the hotel was placed near several shops and some tourist attractions that we enjoyed visiting.

The room was not as spacious as we were expecting and it was not well-maintaned. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was not at the standards we expected in a hotel.
