We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Ao Nang. the staff at Krabi Heritage Hotel - Sha Extra Plus were incredibly friendly and helpful. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a refreshing complimentary juice. the room service was fast and efficient, and the meals were served on a convenient table trolley. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and powerful shower. the hotel's pool was a great place to relax, and the staff were always available to take our orders. the hotel's location was ideal, just a short walk from Ao Nang Beach and close to restaurants and shopping areas. the hotel also offered cheap drinks and delicious, affordable food. We even booked a tour through the hotel and got a great deal. we had a wonderful experience.

We had an excellent stay at a hotel in a great location just a minute's walk from the main street. The lobby was clean and the staff were welcoming, taking the time to explain everything and show us to our room. The room itself was spacious, modern, and super clean. The pool and pool area were also nice and well-maintained. we felt like we were getting a luxurious experience at this hotel. Highly recommend!

The breakfast was good and we loved the variety. the bed was cozy with fluffy pillows. the location was perfect; close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping centers. We also appreciated the shuttle service, which made airport transportation convenient.

We were looking for a romantic escape, but the hotel fell short on that aspect. the wifi was unreliable, which was a bummer.

There were some issues with the compulsory new year's eve gala, which some guests felt didn't offer good value for money.
