We absolutely loved our recent stay in the heart of the city. The location couldn't be better, with many shops and attractions within walking distance. We were able to easily explore everything that the area had to offer, including the theatre and mall just a stone's throw away. The room was spacious and comfortable, with nothing feeling cramped or crowded. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making for an unforgettable experience.

We did notice a small issue with the bathroom that could use some attention. Despite this minor snag, we still found our stay to be absolutely delightful and would highly recommend this centrally located gem to anyone wanting to explore all that the city has to offer.

The open plan bathroom in my accessible room was very convenient for my needs. The location was perfect for exploring the city on foot and accessing public transport. The view of the city from my room was stunning, especially at night. I'll recommend this hotel.

Walking distance to shops, restaurants, Southbank, Art Gallery, Bennett's Lane Jazz Club, and trams to Fitzroy. the location is ideal for exploring the city. the bed was very comfortable, and the sofa provided a nice spot to relax and watch TV. the facilities were great if you wanted to prepare your own meals.

Thanksgiving was a great time to stay in the city! the complimentary bottle of wine and free breakfast really helped start the day off right. the location was ideal with many nearby shops and attractions. the bed was super comfy making it easy to rest after a long day of exploring.

The noise level was unbearable in the evenings with loud music playing until the early hours of the morning, making it impossible to sleep. the bathroom was outdated and in need of repairs.

Conveniently located near a theater and tram stop. Friendly and helpful staff at reception. Great value for the price with comfortable beds and good amenities like heating and small kitchen appliances. No issues with noise pollution despite being on main street. Would recommend for a comfortable stay in a convenient location.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location could not have been better, right in the heart of everything and close to some great shops. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities we needed for cooking. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze. We especially appreciated the air conditioning on those hot days.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with the theater just across the road and interesting parts of the city within walking distance. The staff member was extremely helpful, even arranging a simple way for us to obtain our key despite our late arrival. The room was warm, comfortable, spacious, and free of outside noise. There were plenty of breakfast options nearby, as well as good restaurants for lunch and dinner.

We felt welcomed and had no complaints at all.
