The staff, particularly Mark and Wit, were friendly and helpful, providing me with guidance on transportation and recommendations for things to see and do. I felt welcomed and taken care of throughout my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel and the comfortable bed made me feel right at home. I also appreciated the neat interior design of the lobby and breakfast area. it was a great experience at Kritthai Residence.

Location couldn't be better, with easy access to MBK mall and the bustling Siam shopping district. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast spread is ample and the staff are friendly and helpful. Plus, the hotel is just steps away from a convenience store.

The soundproofing could be better, as noise can be heard through the thin walls.

The room had a persistent musty smell that made us feel uncomfortable and caused us to keep the windows open at all times. the room was quite cramped for the three of us, with minimal space for our luggage and belongings.
