Everything exceeded expectations. Great value, beautiful lagoon pool, stunning garden, newly renovated rooms, excellent breakfast.

We loved the very spacious room, ultra comfortable king size bed, and the luxurious vegetation all over the hotel. The stunning gardens were well-kept. The staff was lovely and the swimming pool was very nice. The location was perfect, with plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Highly recommended.

I had a fantastic stay at a tranquil hotel with a refreshing pool. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The tour guides provided by the hotel were knowledgeable and made our day trips enjoyable. The beautiful grounds were meticulously landscaped, creating a serene atmosphere.

During my stay, I had a minor issue with the bedside plugs not working. Although it was not repaired during my four-day stay, it did not significantly impact my overall experience.

What a wonderful place to spend Christmas! the breakfast was delicious with a nice variety of food options that filled us up for the day. We especially appreciated the complimentary welcome drinks and the refreshing towels that were given to us upon arrival. We also loved that the hotel was just a short walk away from the city center and the local laundry service outside the gates was a convenient bonus.

laluna is truly a leafy oasis in chiangrai. the care lavished on maintaining the gardens is only exceeded by the attention to detail in maintaining the rooms, the pool and the restaurant and bar. it was a thoroughly enjoyable stay at laluna, with great breakfast and perfect weather in november.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the city center, with plenty of tuk tuks available in the area. The well-decorated garden and palm trees create a resort-like atmosphere. There are also many local food outlets nearby, allowing you to experience authentic Thai cuisine. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering amenities such as a huge TV and efficient A/C. The breakfast selection is impressive, with options for both Western and Thai dishes.

The staff, while not rude, lacked the warmth and friendliness seen in other places we stayed during our trip.

The pool was a nice size and pleasant to sit by, and the garden was beautiful and lush. The breakfast area offered a good variety of food and had plenty of seating available. the hotel was conveniently located near the Night Bazaar Markets, making it easy to explore the local food and entertainment options.

The rooms could use some maintenance work, as they were a bit tired. The pool lounges also needed upgrading.

We had an amazing time at this hotel! The location was absolutely breathtaking, nestled among beautiful tropical gardens. We loved strolling through the lush greenery and seeing butterflies floating around. The service was top-notch, with room service available and friendly staff always ready to assist us. The room was spacious and comfortable, with air conditioning and a sitting area for us to relax in. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus, allowing us to stay connected during our stay. The swimming pool was a great place to unwind and cool off, and we also enjoyed the jacuzzi and massage services. this place exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to our family and friends.

As for any negative aspects, there really weren't any. This venue is a hidden gem and we are so glad we found it.

Spacious bungalow with comfortable bed for three. Modern room with strategic lighting and large safety box. Beautiful, well-kept garden. 15-minute walk to downtown clock tower. Supermarket and restaurants nearby.

We had a great time at Laluna Hotel And Resort. the staff was friendly and always ready to assist us. the gardens were absolutely stunning, providing a beautiful and secluded atmosphere. the pool was fantastic and the towels provided were a nice touch. We also enjoyed the breakfast and appreciated the extra touches like a candle after cleaning. the location was perfect, not too far from town but in a quiet area. Tuk-tuks were conveniently available at the gate for transportation.

Spacious rooms with amenities like a desk, refrigerator, and kettle. Large TV with sports, news, and Netflix. Beautiful pool with a tropical feel. Nice local breakfast buffet with breads, salad bar, and omelet station. Friendly and kind staff.
