The hotel had a prime location, just a stone's throw away from the Main Square, making it perfect for exploring the Christmas market. it was conveniently close to the St Mary Magdalene Cathedral, allowing for easy access to cultural landmarks. the room was spacious and the bathroom boasted a luxurious bathtub and shower. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was top-notch.

The bar service could be improved, as it was occasionally difficult to get the attention of staff members when wanting to order or pay.
