The location of the hotel is great, being close to the best beach of Lamai. In addition, the staff were very kind and helpful, providing excellent service. The room was comfortable, with a good bed and clean bathroom. The pool area was well maintained and inviting, perfect for relaxing. The hotel also offered a decent breakfast to start the day.

One afternoon, there was an issue with the electrics which took a few hours to fix, causing some inconvenience.

The buffet-style breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, including aubergines in a tasty tomato sauce with cheese. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was also great, with the main strip of bars and restaurants within walking distance, as well as the beach. The pool area was clean and had plenty of comfortable loungers.

I had such a stress-free and relaxing holiday at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The breakfast served was delicious, especially the eggs cooked to my liking. The swimming pool was a great spot to unwind, and the bar by the pool made it even better. The hotel's location was perfect, away from the noisy bars but still within walking distance to the beach and central area.

The resort is conveniently located near a convenient store, making it easy to grab any necessities. there are several well-priced restaurants in close proximity, offering a variety of dining options. We particularly enjoyed the English breakfast at one of the restaurants. The room was comfortable and the bathroom clean. The staff provided excellent service and were attentive to our needs. The facilities, such as the pool and bar, were well-maintained and offered a pleasant atmosphere.

There was a small issue with double reservations, which could have been handled more professionally by the staff.

We had a really unpleasant experience at this hotel. We were trying to have a romantic escape, but unfortunately, we were woken up every single morning by the sound of banging and shouting from a nearby boxing camp.
