The customer service at this hotel was mind-blowing! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcomed and special, especially since it was our honeymoon. Our room was super spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including a fridge and hairdryer. The included facilities like the sauna, pool, and gym were jaw-dropping. And let's not forget about the delicious breakfast buffet at the Siam Brasserie - it was absolutely fantastic! The tablet in the room for ordering room service was a great touch. The location was great, only a short train ride away from popular attractions. our stay was amazing and we can't wait to visit again!

The hotel's facilities, such as the fitness center and rooftop pool, add to the overall enjoyable experience for guests.

As backpackers, we loved the convenient location close to the metro station. The hotel had a clean and modern design with all the necessary amenities. The excellent breakfast provided a great start to our day. The bedroom was a good size and the hotel had all the modern conveniences we needed. The staff were pleasant and polite, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Our recent stay here was a luxurious experience. the staff provided exceptional service, fulfilling all our needs in a timely manner. the indoor swimming pool and spa centre with a sauna were exclusively convenient for relaxation. the sun terrace with sun loungers was perfect for catching some rays. the restaurant served delicious halal food and the in-room breakfast was a delight. the espresso machine in the room was a welcomed touch. the private facilities were perfect for our needs. the location's shuttle service to nearby attractions made travelling easy.

The outdoor swimming pool area was limited, and finding a spot to sit was challenging at times.

We were also impressed by the security staff who helped us locate a lost phone using "find my iPhone". the entire concierge team treated us like family, and their exceptional service exceeded our expectations. We would rate the hotel 6 out of 5 and highly recommend it to anyone.

During our romantic escape, we were pleased with the thoughtful touches provided, including a bottle of bubbly and chocolates. the central location made it easy for us to explore the city on foot, with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. the rooftop pool offered a relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The noise from the street made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the hot water in the shower could be temperamental.

Lancaster, the hotel I stayed at, was wonderful. the room was spacious with a large window that provided a nice view. the hotel is situated in an alley with amazing street food options right outside. the hotel itself is new and well-maintained, offering all the necessary facilities. Despite being a bit far from the city center, it is conveniently located near the airport. Lancaster exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and reasonably priced stay in Bangkok.
