The location was great, with many nice restaurants nearby and it was close to the wholesale markets. We also enjoyed the proximity to the park, where we could take a leisurely stroll. The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable mattresses. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The breakfast buffet was a great inclusion, especially for larger families.

The check-in process was a bit slow and disorganized. We had to wait longer than expected for our room to be ready, even though we arrived after the designated check-in time.

The staff at the hotel went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of during our Christmas stay. They were attentive and went above and beyond to meet our needs. The breakfast provided a good variety of options and was reasonably priced. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and a nearby shopping mall. We also enjoyed the nearby park for some fresh air and exercise.

The room itself was lacking in terms of furnishings. It felt quite empty and could have used some additional furniture to make it more comfortable.

Our weekend stay was fine but not exceptional. We appreciated the free bottles of water and the towels provided for the pool. the location was a plus, very close to many restaurants and shops. the best aspect, hands down, was the pool. It was perfect for swimming and relaxing on the sunbeds.
