We were warmly welcomed by the manager upon arrival, which made us feel appreciated and valued as guests. the resort had a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, with beautiful gardens and a riverside setting. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a private outdoor seating area. The buffet breakfast had a good selection, and there was even an egg station. Despite a few minor maintenance issues, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel shuttle costs were too expensive, so it's better to use Grab taxis. The food at the restaurants was not impressive and the prices were inflated.
