stayed at m casa hotel pattaya and it was great. prime location right on the walking street with plenty of shops nearby. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety to suit different tastes. good value for money.

Just got back from a FANTASTIC STAY at a cozy hotel in Pattaya. the rooftop pool was the highlight! Would definitely choose this place again. Even better in person!

Great Location with Helpful Staff

The location of the hotel was convenient, surrounded by plenty of food options and shopping venues within walking distance. Despite some issues with room cleanliness and communication barriers with the staff, one particular staff member went out of their way to assist me with arranging a taxi, showing friendliness and helpfulness. improvements could be made in terms of room service timing, lighting facilities, and breakfast quality.

Solid location near harbor. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room with aircon, desk, and boiler. Comfy beds. Lovely security gentleman. Close to shopping and restaurants.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and always had big smiles on their faces. They were always willing to help with whatever I needed. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I especially loved the air conditioning, which was a relief from the hot weather outside. The hotel is in a solid location, not too far from the harbor and close to shopping and restaurants. The service was great, with room service and a helpful housekeeping staff. The room amenities, such as the electric kettle and flat-screen TV, were a nice touch. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The staff were fantastically friendly and always had a smile on their faces, making us feel right at home. the location was solid, being close to all the action and we felt safe and secure with the lovely security man always there to greet us. the only downside was that the beds were a tad on the firm side, but hey, that's just how things are in this area. a solid stay and would definitely come back for the warm hospitality and convenience. 🌟

The room I stayed in seemed a bit outdated in terms of decor and furnishings. my room was located next to the lift which could be noisy at times, particularly during the busy holiday period.

The room I stayed in was located next to the lift, and as a result, I could constantly hear the sound of the lift, which was quite disturbing at times.
