Our stay at the resort was amazing, with great value for money. The room was impeccable and the location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the beautiful Surin beach. The staff at Outrigger Surin Beach Resort - Sha Extra Plus were incredibly attentive and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure a fantastic experience.

The breakfast experience could be improved with more variety, especially in terms of cheese options.

The location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk from Surin Beach. The beach was flat and safe for kids, even during the monsoon season. The hotel had a modern two-storey penthouse family room, grocery stores and restaurants nearby.

Felt safe walking at night, no complaints.

This hotel offered exclusive amenities that met our luxurious needs. the service was exceptional, with attentive and friendly staff willing to go the extra mile. the Spa & wellness centre had amazing treatments that added to the feeling of relaxation. the outdoor swimming pool was clean and nicely located close to the beach access, with comfortable sun loungers and beach umbrellas. the garden area was well-maintained and provided a calm and peaceful atmosphere.

The only minor issue we encountered was the breakfast buffet, which did not meet our expectations. the options were limited, and some of the dishes tasted bland.

The attention to detail at the Outrigger was impressive. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room service was prompt and the food was delicious. We were especially impressed with the personalized greetings from the staff, which showed genuine care and thoughtfulness. The location of the hotel was ideal, providing a peaceful and secluded atmosphere. The overall value for money was excellent.

Had a wonderful Easter break at this beachfront hotel. Key location with easy access to the beach, where we were provided with beach mats and an umbrella. Loved the fresh food offered at breakfast, especially the chef’s specials. the staff were also kind and accommodating, even putting a drying rack in our room on request.

The shower leaked, causing water to accumulate on the bathroom floor. the prices at the restaurant were quite high.
