The facilities at the hotel were excellent, with a great choice of restaurants to enjoy. One of the best aspects was the complimentary boat service to the nearby shopping center, which was really convenient. Additionally, the staff were extremely attentive and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.

The concierge service could be improved, as they seemed to recommend more touristy options for restaurants and tours. They also suggested a Thai show/dinner that was not up to par.

The attention to detail was impressive, with a heart-shaped arrangement of roses on the bed and a congratulatory cake for our anniversary. We also enjoyed a personalized anniversary song from the Jazz singer at the bar. the check-out time of 8 pm was a convenient feature, allowing us to relax without rushing. the gym and spa facilities were excellent, and we particularly loved the unique experience of taking a cute boat to access them. the staff were fantastic, providing flawless and attentive service. we were impressed with the level of care and professionalism.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the spacious rooms, attention to detail, and impeccable room services. The breakfast by the river and the amazing Spa experience were delightful. The staff was extremely kind, attentive, and professional. The Bamboo Bar, with live music, was a favorite spot, and the dinner at The Normandie was simply amazing. The hotel's location was perfect, with convenient boat shuttle services. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options. The rooms were soundproofed, clean, and cozy. The limo service was reliable with free wifi, and the TV channels had a great selection of English channels.

During my Easter stay at this hotel, I was impressed by the luxurious and spacious rooms. the decor was beautiful and the beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, offering stunning views of the river. the proximity to key attractions and landmarks made it convenient for exploring the city. Another advantage that I enjoyed was the top-notch service provided by the staff, who were friendly and attentive throughout my stay.

There were a few aspects of my experience that were disappointing. the hotel was hosting a large event during my stay, which meant that a significant portion of the hotel's facilities were off-limits to guests.
