One of the best aspects was the complimentary boat service to the nearby shopping center, which was really convenient. Additionally, the staff were extremely attentive and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.

The concierge service could be improved, as they seemed to recommend more touristy options for restaurants and tours. They also suggested a Thai show/dinner that was not up to par.

We also enjoyed a personalized anniversary song from the Jazz singer at the bar. The check-out time of 8 pm was a convenient feature, allowing us to relax without rushing. The gym and spa facilities were excellent, and we particularly loved the unique experience of taking a cute boat to access them. The staff were fantastic, providing flawless and attentive service. we were impressed with the level of care and professionalism.

The hotel's location was perfect, with convenient boat shuttle services. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options. The rooms were soundproofed, clean, and cozy. The limo service was reliable with free wifi, and the TV channels had a great selection of English channels.
