We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was amazing and friendly, from the reception to the pool area. The location was perfect, within walking distance of everything Miami has to offer. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. Transportation was convenient, with parking available. The hotel was just one block from the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun and sand. Breakfast was delicious, with morning coffee and pastries/croissants delivered by a wonderful hostess.

I had a wonderful stay at a cool boutique hotel in Miami Beach. The location was perfect, just a short distance from the beach and surrounded by great restaurants and shops. The location of Hotel Greystone was perfect for our stay. We had easy access to the beach and there were plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The staff members were friendly and provided great customer service, especially Fernando and the person who helped me at 5:30 in the morning to get coffee. The room and the hotel itself were very clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The croissants and coffee served for breakfast were a nice touch. Despite a few minimal drawbacks, overall I would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The hotel offered complimentary pastries and filter coffee for breakfast, which was a nice touch. the location of the hotel was great, being just a block away from the beach and close to numerous restaurants, bars, and shops in South Beach. the rooftop area was a fantastic space to relax, although the swimming pool was more suitable for a quick dip than an actual swim.

The rooms were on the smaller side, which could be a bit cramped, especially for longer stays or when traveling with a group. Some guests mentioned occasional noise from neighboring properties, but it was not a major issue.
