The hotel's location is appealing with beach access, and I appreciated the gym and friendly breakfast staff. the check-in process was frustrating, rooms lacked maintenance, and the pool needed cleaning. Some staff seemed inexperienced, and the overall atmosphere felt a bit neglected. A mixed experience overall.

I recently stayed at Mercure for a week with friends, and it was an incredible getaway. the location right on the beach was perfect for us, providing a lovely, private spot for sunset views. the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, which made our experience even better. We enjoyed the large pool and the convenience of having a Starbucks kiosk nearby. the dinner we had at the hotel was delicious and surprisingly affordable, and we appreciated the shady area on the beach for the kids to play.

I do recommend this hotel.

I had a fabulous stay at Mercure Koh Chang Hideaway! the stunning sunsets, beautiful sea-view room, and lovely beach made for a perfect retreat. the breakfast was delicious, though the beach bar could use better staffing for quicker service. a fantastic experience for nature lovers! Highly recommended!
