We had a wonderful stay at Moose Hotel. The tuk tuk shuttle service was incredibly convenient, taking us to the nearby Central Festival Mall and even to the hospital when needed. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, perfect for our family. The kids especially loved the hot chocolate available anytime we returned to the hotel. The goats were a fun attraction for them as well. The staff were friendly and provided us with great tips and suggestions. The hotel's concept was unique and added to our overall experience. Despite a few drawbacks, we would highly recommend Moose Hotel in Chiang Mai.

My family and I recently stayed at a hotel in Chiang Mai and we had a fantastic experience. The location was great for us, with easy access to Central Festival Mall and even the hospital. The tuk tuk shuttle service was a real lifesaver, especially when we needed to go to the hospital. We also appreciated the availability of snacks and drinks throughout the day, which was a nice touch. The highlight for my kids was definitely the hot chocolate that they could get anytime we arrived back at the hotel. And let's not forget about the goats, they were a big hit with the kids too. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. I highly recommend Moose Hotel for a wonderful stay in Chiang Mai.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing great tips and suggestions for getting around the area. the hotel had a nice concept and provided free water, juice, soda, and snacks in the lobby all day. we enjoyed the convenience of being close to a mall and having free breakfast with good food.

The street noise, which could be pretty loud at times. the air conditioning could have worked better as it took a while to cool down our room.

Snacks and drinks available all day, with hot chocolate for the kids. The goats are a fun attraction and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel near a popular shopping mall. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and provided top-notch service throughout my visit. They even offered free transportation to the mall, which was incredibly convenient. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. Additionally, I appreciated the complimentary snacks and drinks available all day, especially the hot chocolate that my kids loved. The hotel's concept of having goats on-site was a nice touch and added to the overall charm of this place.
