We had a wonderful stay at Moose Hotel. The tuk tuk shuttle service was incredibly convenient, taking us to the nearby Central Festival Mall and even to the hospital when needed. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, perfect for our family. The kids especially loved the hot chocolate available anytime we returned to the hotel. The goats were a fun attraction for them as well. The staff were friendly and provided us with great tips and suggestions. The hotel's concept was unique and added to our overall experience. Despite a few drawbacks, we would highly recommend Moose Hotel in Chiang Mai.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing great tips and suggestions for getting around the area. the hotel had a nice concept and provided free water, juice, soda, and snacks in the lobby all day. we enjoyed the convenience of being close to a mall and having free breakfast with good food.

The street noise, which could be pretty loud at times. the air conditioning could have worked better as it took a while to cool down our room.
