The front desk was open 24/7, so it didn't matter what time we stumbled in after our wild adventures. And guess what? They had a tour desk too! We could plan all our crazy activities right there at the guesthouse. Plus, the free WiFi was a lifesaver. We could post all our epic pics and stay connected with our friends back home. Totally awesome!

The only thing we wish was different was the lack of a party vibe. It would have been even more epic if there was a happening bar or a DJ playing some sick beats.

As a satisfied guest at Mountain View Guesthousechiangmai, I had a wonderful stay in Chiang Mai. I stayed for three nights and the staff was very accommodating, allowing us an early check-in and making the process easy. The breakfast menu was delicious, starting at 7am to ensure we could eat before joining tours. The room was comfortable with a great A/C and the location was perfect, with easy access to transport and attractions. The laundry service was efficient and affordable, a great bonus during our trip.

We just had our second stay at this lovely guesthouse and it continues to be a great experience. It's like a calm oasis in the heart of the old town, with a beautiful green courtyard. the rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and the beds are comfortable. We were pleased to find that everything looked brand new. the staff is friendly, always happy to help, and the reception is open 24/7. the onsite restaurant is lovely and offers shaded seating. the guesthouse is conveniently located next to Chiang Mai gate, so we were able to easily explore the nightly street food market. the wifi is fast and reliable, and the rooms have all the essential amenities like AC, a balcony, TV, fridge. All of this for an affordable price makes this guesthouse fantastic.

The location of this guesthouse is perfect, right across the road from the night market and close to the temple. You can easily explore the city center and indulge in delicious local food from the nearby night market. The rooms are lovely with spacious bathrooms and clean showers. The staff provides friendly and helpful service. The breakfast at the adjoining restaurant is delicious and satisfying.

The air conditioning system tends to make the rooms feel clammy instead of refreshing.

The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the rooms were spacious with a balcony. The location was ideal, with several places within walking distance, including the Sunday night bazaar, the largest night bazaar in this city. Additionally, there were small evening street food markets just across the street, making it convenient for us to have dinner. The breakfast provided was delicious and the fact that they offered free daily bottles of water in recycled glass bottles was a nice touch.

The atmosphere was so nice, it felt like a home away from home. The location was mind-blowing, right beside the north gate. And the hot shower, oh my goodness, it was super! My appreciation for the comfy bed and the fact that they even provided a hair dryer! The mini fridge was a jaw-dropping addition and the traffic noise didn't bother me at all. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The beautiful garden design inside the guest house was a pleasant surprise. The location was perfect, within walking distance to local markets, museums, and temples. The access to cheap transport right outside the hotel was a bonus. The mountain view was absolutely stunning, the best value for money. The restaurant service was great and the food was beautiful. And I have to mention the banana pancakes - they were simply divine. I will definitely be coming back to this amazing place!

It was within walking distance of cafes, restaurants, markets, temples, and shops. I loved the jazz bar next door that could be heard from the rooftop patio. The guesthouse had beautiful terraces and outdoor seating areas, and the room I stayed in was spacious and clean with a private bathroom.
