Friendly and helpful staff. The receptionist was not very friendly but the cleaning girl was lovely and sweet. The manager upgraded my room with a good view and the housekeeping staff did a great job of cleaning regularly.

Some issues in the bathroom, including moldy walls and a smelly drain. It would have been nice to have scented products to mask the unpleasant smell.

Great value for the money, the room was stylish and modern. The location was perfect with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby. The staff at Na Siam Guesthouse were incredibly kind and helpful, assisting us with ferry tickets and transport to the ferry. They even made sure someone was there to check us in despite our late arrival from the airport.

Mind-blowing cleanliness and professional ambiance, cozy room with a small but nice setup. The prime location in the heart of the city and close proximity to the best local eateries like Dibuk Restaurant were jaw-dropping. We were super delighted to discover the amazing live music scene nearby at Timber Hut. The icing on the cake was the extra-large second bed provided for our kids, making it a perfect choice for families. The staff's friendly and helpful nature, especially their fantastic assistance with airport and bus transfers, left us in awe. We were pleasantly surprised by the value for money and the superb facilities, including Wi-Fi, a 24-hour reception, a bar/lounge area, a snack bar. The no-pets-allowed policy and provisions like air conditioning and non-smoking rooms made our stay even more enjoyable.

the rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. the wifi and air conditioning worked perfectly, creating a comfortable stay. I was pleased with the central location, as it made it convenient to explore the city center of Phuket Town. the cleanliness and tranquility of the place were also noteworthy. Despite making a last-minute reservation, I was pleasantly surprised to be given a large room.

The hotel is located in a good area, right in the old town of this city. It is close to the Mall in town which is great for clothes and food shopping. The hotel facilities are modern and nice, offering a mini fridge with very cheap snacks and drinks. The owner/manager is great and arranged a taxi for me at a cheaper price than anywhere else.

Can't fault the property in any way.

The hotel's location in the center of this city is great – it allowed me to easily explore the beautiful old town. The room was clean, with a simple and comfortable design. The staff was very nice and helpful, able to communicate in English. Additionally, the hotel was close to some of the best restaurants this city has to offer, such as Dibuk Restaurant, and there were great live music places nearby.
