We absolutely loved our stay at Nampiangdin! The hotel had a traditional building design and a beautiful pool. The rooms were stunning and the overall property was well-maintained. The hotel staff were kind and the room service food was delicious and reasonably priced. The hotel provided a free shuttle service to and from the airport, as well as to the city center. It was also conveniently located, with a short walk into Chang Mai. We will definitely be returning to Nampiangdin and highly recommend it to others!

We recently stayed at a charming boutique hotel during our city trip to Chiang Mai. We were delighted to find a lovely surprise in the form of a complimentary breakfast when we had to leave early for our morning flight. The traditional Thai architectural structure with a life-sized elephant statue in the courtyard garden provided a pleasant surprise. The hotel's strategic location allowed for a quick 15-minute drive to the airport, which was a huge convenience. The appealing swimming pool beside the loungers was an added advantage, providing a shady spot from the scorching sun.

We were displeased by the lack of attention to detail regarding our special request for room decoration on our anniversary night. The staff forgot and did not make up for it in any way.

He provided valuable information and went above and beyond to assist me during my stay. The hotel is situated in a beautiful and tranquil area, making it a convenient choice. The breakfast options were fantastic, with both Western and Eastern choices available. I also loved the spacious and comfortable rooms, and the beautiful pool in the backyard. I was so satisfied with my experience that I even extended my stay for two more days.

I recently stayed at Nampiangdin Boutique for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The room was in excellent condition and the room service food was not only delicious but also very reasonably priced. The staff were incredibly kind and the hotel provided convenient pickup and dropoff service in a comfortable van. The shuttle service to Chiangmai gate/Tapae gate was also a huge plus, running every 30 minutes. I loved that the hotel was located near the silver temple, just a short 10-minute walk away. While it was a bit intimidating to walk in the evening, I never encountered any issues. Grab rides were easily available and affordable, with the south side of the inside wall costing around 80 baht and One Nimman shopping mall being just 100 baht away. I also appreciated the option for a late checkout at a reasonable price and the grab ride to the airport only costing around 160 baht.

The location, although peaceful and secluded, can be a bit challenging for commuting. Guests have had difficulty finding transportation back to the hotel and the lack of a detailed map for drivers makes it more complicated.

The staff were friendly and helpful, providing tours/ticket assistance and a welcome drink upon arrival.
