The upgraded room at Garza Blanca next door was excellent. Great pools and 8/10 food. Excellent breakfast buffets. Friendly staff, especially Miguel, Manuel, Héctor, Hugo, and Ivan. They make you feel at home.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch, with spotless rooms and well-maintained facilities. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to transportation and close proximity to all the attractions in the area. Additionally, the hotel provided a delicious breakfast buffet every morning, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The food at the resort was excellent, probably the best I've had at any resort. the location was also great, especially if you're planning to visit Isla Mujeres for the day. the staff provided fantastic service, particularly Miguel and Manuel at the Japanese cuisine bar, and Héctor at the Japanese restaurant. They were always friendly and made sure we had a drink in our hand. the servers at the Italian restaurant, Hugo and Ivan, were also excellent and went above and beyond for us. the cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive.

There were a few downsides to our stay. if you're looking for late-night entertainment, this resort may not be for you as it was difficult to find a drink after 11pm.

The location of the resort is excellent, especially for those planning to visit Isla Mujeres for the day. It is conveniently situated right next to the ferry, within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with the option to upgrade to a room that includes a washer and dryer, as well as a kitchen with stove and utensils. The pool area is nice, and there is even a swing bar for guests to enjoy.

Finding a drink after 11pm can be a bit difficult, as the resort lacks late-night entertainment.

We got incredible value for our money with a beautiful ocean view suite at the Villa Del Palmar. The location was perfect, with easy access to the ferry to Isla Mujeres and plenty of room to relax on the property. The staff treated us like VIPs, from the friendly and professional cleaning lady to the attentive beach personnel and waiters in the restaurants. The food was top-notch and we were pleasantly surprised by the variety and quality of the all-inclusive options. We especially loved the fancy dishes at the different restaurants. Plus, having direct access to the beach was the icing on the cake. a fantastic resort with an amazing staff.

The only thing that could make the morning meal better would be if there wasn't a need to make reservations for every place. It was a small hassle that we didn't anticipate.

Great room with washer and dryer, and a big balcony. the pool is nice with a swing bar. Conveniently located for exploring the area.

The all-inclusive system was a complete mess. We got charged twice because the agent at check-out claimed they never received our previous payment, but we definitely paid.

This hotel is an extraordinary place to rest and unwind thanks to the exclusive amenities offered. the service provided by the staff is exceptional. the spa & wellness center is a perfect hideaway to indulge in massages and enjoy the sauna, while the outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi are perfect spots to relax. the venue also has access to the beach, where you can take a sunbath, and enjoy the beachfront and beach umbrellas.

The only minor setback I found was that you have to make reservations for every restaurant, which can be a bit time-consuming if you didn't get the memo on that. this, the location is great, and the entertainment is magnificent.

The rooms at Villa Del Palmar were exceptional. We stayed in an ocean view suite and it was absolutely beautiful. The staff were all very professional, nice, and polite, making our stay even more enjoyable. The food at the resort was amazing, and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality as we had all-inclusive. We had direct access to the beach which was a major plus. a great resort with great staff.

Our room shower had some issues and the body wash was empty. It would have been nice if these were taken care of before our arrival.
