This was my third stay at Nap In and I can't recommend it enough. the staff here are incredibly caring and go above and beyond to make you feel at home. I had a bit of a mishap during my stay, but the staff, including Paul, Nick, Patty, Anne. the rooms are modern and offer great city views, with easy access to each floor via the elevator. the cleanliness of the bathroom was top-notch, and there was a good selection of TV channels. the location is also ideal, with bars, food outlets, and shopping markets within easy walking distance.

This hotel was a great find! The location couldn't be better, with easy access to the daily night market and fantastic local restaurants. The staff were polite and attentive, and the room even had a lovely balcony to enjoy the city view. For the price, the basic amenities were beyond satisfactory.

Great Value in a Convenient Location

We recently stayed at a hotel in Chiang Mai and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Night Bazaars and other attractions. The hotel was clean and provided all the necessary amenities, including a mini fridge and bottled water. The staff, especially Paul, were friendly and helpful. Despite a few minor drawbacks mentioned in other reviews, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. we highly recommend this hotel for its great value and convenience.

This hotel has an amazing location, being near all the attractions and just a short walk to the night market. The rooms are comfortable, with a balcony option available, and the staff are helpful and friendly. The basic amenities are provided and breakfast is included, served at a simple free flow refreshment station in the lobby.

Complimentary beverages and snacks were provided in the lobby which was a nice touch. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. the price was reasonable for the location.

Despite being in a prime location, noise from nearby clubs kept me awake until the early morning hours. the lack of soundproofing was an issue.

We stayed at a convenient location, just a short walk away from the night market and with a 7-11 on the ground floor. Oilly and her team at Nap In Chiangmai gave us a warm welcome and personally showed us around. We appreciated the thoughtful touches like free drinks and snacks at the reception area. the rooms were modern, new, and clean, and the housekeeping staff was efficient and discreet. the valet man was friendly and super attentive. We will definitely be back again next year!
