Front desk guy friendly, always smiling. Sandra kind and helpful. Room consistently clean. Perfect location, 10 min walk to US Embassy. Safe area, good restaurants nearby. New hotel, extremely clean. Staff helpful, breakfast included. Close to center, airport. Wish there was an exercise room. Great location near shopping, restaurants. Highly recommend.

The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is close to several restaurants and shopping areas. It is also within walking distance to the places I needed to visit and even the airport. The staff is very helpful and the room is extremely clean. Plus, the breakfast included in the price is a great addition to start the day.

What a disappointment! We decided to take a romantic escape to a hotel near the embassy. However, when we arrived they sent us to a different location, far from where we wanted to stay. At the new location, they gave us a room by the lobby, which was extremely noisy and made it hard to get any sleep. the only things we liked were the free Wi-fi and the complimentary breakfast. Plus, the area the hotel was in had great restaurants and was quite safe.

The staff did not care about our needs or preferences and just shuffled us around to wherever was convenient for them. On top of that, the room was very basic and lacked a hairdryer, which was extremely inconvenient.

My room at Expo Inn Embajada was very comfortable and clean. The shower had excellent hot water and water pressure. The hotel is conveniently located near shopping areas and restaurants. The staff, especially Cesar at the front desk, were always friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.
