The location was excellent with beautiful gardens. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We were moved to a beach villa which was very nice. Good breakfast with a relaxed atmosphere. Great for families with children. The mix of nationalities added to the experience. Restaurant staff was outstanding with delicious food.

The beach at New Star Beach Resort was absolutely amazing. Crystal clear waters and white sandy beaches made it the perfect spot for relaxation and sunbathing. There were also plenty of sun loungers available, so finding a spot was never an issue.

Our stay at this beachfront resort was absolutely amazing. the first thing we loved about it was the large space on the beach. Even when the hotel was fully booked, we always found a quiet spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful views. Another highlight was the happy hour, available twice a day, where we enjoyed affordable food and beverages. the staff at the restaurant and pool were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the attention to small details throughout the resort made everything more pleasant.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were always helpful and courteous, and the hotel manager, Mr Big, went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met quickly and efficiently. The property itself was beautiful, with stunning landscaping throughout. The pool and private beach were gorgeous and provided a relaxed atmosphere. The front desk staff were pleasant, and Perry even brought us an HDMI cable from home when the hotel didn't have one. the hotel facilities and cleanliness were excellent, and the location, with its choice of lovely beach, was perfect.

We booked New Star at the last moment and never regretted. The beach villa we stayed in had stunning views and the beach was delightful. The swimming was outrageously beautiful. The hotel's restaurant had excellent food and a good selection of European and Thai cuisine. Breakfast was delicious and varied every morning.

The beach resort was amazing! the grounds were well-kept and the rooms were spacious. the location was perfect, with beautiful beach views over breakfast. the staff were attentive and friendly, and the manager was quick to address any concerns. the breakfast had plenty of options and the lunch prices were reasonable. the best part was the access to the shower and living area after checking out, which was perfect for our late flight.

The rooms had dark decor and could use more lighting. There weren't enough plug sockets in the bedroom.

Spent New Year's at a beach resort. Loved the direct access to a stunning beach and the convenience of a large beach bed area. the big swimming pool next to the beach was a great addition. the food and bar service at the beach and pool were excellent. Location, wise, although a bit far from the main street, it offered a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere.

The Wi, Fi access was a bit limited in certain areas, which was a minor inconvenience. Additionally, some guests tended to dominate the use of beach lounges, making it difficult to find a spot.

We chose New Star Beach Resort for our honeymoon and it exceeded all our expectations. The beach was amazing, with crystal-clear waters and a private, tranquil atmosphere. The beachfront villa we stayed in was perfect, with an outdoor shower and private sun lounges just a few steps away from the water. The service was excellent and the food at the restaurant was delicious. The resort also had a large swimming pool next to the beach and a nice bar service. one of the best resorts we've stayed in.

I recently stayed at New Star Beach Resort in Chaweng for a week-long vacation. The staff was incredibly nice and always greeted us with a smile. The breakfast at the resort was excellent, with a wide variety of options including sushi, made-to-order omelets, and real espresso. The beach was beautiful and quiet, perfect for swimming. The common areas, including the large pool and exotic gardens, were magnificent. Our superior room was spacious and luxurious, with a balcony that offered a stunning sea view. it was a well-maintained resort with friendly staff and a great location.
