I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a nice view of the main high street. The location was excellent, right in the heart of town. The staff were friendly and treated me well throughout my stay.

The breakfast could have been better, with more options available.

Coffee machine, good-sized mugs, biscuits provided. Enjoyable lunch, good service. Pretty hanging baskets outside. Comfy bed, all necessary amenities, pleased with room appointment. Great housekeeping and helpful, welcoming staff. Smooth check-in, enjoyed busker and people-watching.

The location of this town centre pub is absolutely perfect. It is right on the high street and close to everything in Totnes. You can easily walk to all the shops, restaurants, and attractions. It's so convenient to have everything at your doorstep.

There are some areas for improvement. The bathroom facilities could use some updating as they appear to be a bit tired.

We had a lovely stay in a beautiful and spacious room located right on the high street. The view from our room was amazing, overlooking Totnes high street through the large curved windows. The staff were very polite and friendly, and the beds and bedding were extremely comfortable. We also enjoyed a delicious meal at the pub.

Parking in the area was difficult.

The staff were incredibly friendly and created a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. The location was unbeatable, with everything I needed within walking distance - restaurants, cafes, shops, and even the train and bus station. Additionally, there were plenty of attractions and sights just a short drive away. While there was some street noise in the mornings, it didn't bother me and added to the vibrant atmosphere of the town.

We loved being able to easily walk to nearby restaurants and shops. the period property had a charming atmosphere, with lovely big windows that let in lots of natural light. the beds were comfortable, with nice sheets and pillows, and the white towels provided were a nice touch.

Parking was a bit of a hassle, as there wasn't any on-site parking and we had to rely on street parking. the street noise could be a bit bothersome, especially in the mornings when delivery vehicles and rubbish bins were being emptied.

The staff went out of their way to ensure the guests were warm and comfortable, even during a cold snap. the option of having dinner and breakfast on the premises was a great convenience.

It is a shame that there is no onsite parking, which may be inconvenient for some guests.
