This place suits me perfectly with its excellent amenities like free Wi-Fi, outdoor swimming pool, and 24-hour reception. The staff even helped return my forgotten hairbrush on my first visit, showing great care. I highly recommend it here! I'm coming back for Christmas.

Staffs are excellent.

My experience with the room was frustrating as I paid extra for the 'new' deluxe room, expecting better conditions. Instead, I found a mouldy wall and a pervasive bad smell that lingered throughout my four-day stay. The sound isolation was another issue. I could hear people walking by outside and the doors closing, which made sleep difficult. Despite complaining about the smell, I saw no improvement.

Bed was firm and really nice to rest.

Halal meal options were limited. labeling needs improvement.

The staff provided exceptional service, particularly in the lounge where they remembered our preferences. The location was a major plus, making shopping and dining easily accessible.

The breakfast was well presented with different food stations to satisfy every craving. The staff were always ready to help making you feel welcomed and at home. The lounge had tasty canapés which varied each night, really good stuff!

Staying for two nights was a fantastic experience due to the central location, allowing easy access to shopping and food. The buffet breakfast impressed with a wide selection, though I was disappointed not to try the room service. A highlight was the dedicated tour desk offering valuable advice about local attractions without pressure to book. Despite a few minor hiccups, the prompt room service and friendly staff made for an enjoyable stay.

My stay was quite enjoyable with a fantastic location that offered us easy access to amazing spots like Central World, just a 10-minute walk away, and the interactive Sea Life Bangkok Ocean World, only a few steps from the hotel. plus, the seafood buffet every night was truly amazing and well worth the time spent in the dining area.

The Novotel near Siam Square offers an impressive lobby that strikes a balance between comfort and entertainment, featuring amenities like gourmet drinks and a fun play area. Rooms were updated with comfy beds, though one had a slight odor and another had A/C issues. Staff were polite and responsive to our needs.
