Bed was firm and really nice to rest.

Staying for two nights was a fantastic experience due to the central location, allowing easy access to shopping and food. The buffet breakfast impressed with a wide selection, though I was disappointed not to try the room service. A highlight was the dedicated tour desk offering valuable advice about local attractions without pressure to book. Despite a few minor hiccups, the prompt room service and friendly staff made for an enjoyable stay.

My stay was quite enjoyable with a fantastic location that offered us easy access to amazing spots like Central World, just a 10-minute walk away, and the interactive Sea Life Bangkok Ocean World, only a few steps from the hotel. plus, the seafood buffet every night was truly amazing and well worth the time spent in the dining area.

The Novotel near Siam Square offers an impressive lobby that strikes a balance between comfort and entertainment, featuring amenities like gourmet drinks and a fun play area. Rooms were updated with comfy beds, though one had a slight odor and another had A/C issues. Staff were polite and responsive to our needs.

We had a magical stay during Songkran, with heartfelt touches like a birthday cake for our son. The staff, especially Yaya, provided exceptional service and made us feel valued. Enjoy the diverse offerings at the Premier Lounge for a delightful experience! A perfect spot for families!
