Best aspects of my stay were the stunning sea view from the lobby and the clean and spacious rooms. the location of the hotel was also perfect, with convenient access to nearby attractions and a beautiful beach just a short distance away.

Worst aspects of my stay were the disappointing poolside bar, which was poorly constructed and served weak drinks. the inclusive breakfast was not up to standard, with undercooked eggs and food that had been left sitting out for too long.

Tucked away on top of a hill, this resort offers breathtaking views of the surrounding area. You can easily access the vibrant town center within a short walk or take a shuttle down the hill to the main road. The resort is also conveniently located close to the Jungceylon shopping center, making it easy to indulge in some retail therapy.

We had an amazing stay here! The hotel is located up on a hill which gives a tranquil atmosphere with breathtaking views of the sea. We were impressed by the attentive service from staff in all areas, from room service and cleaning to the porter who was always ready to assist with our luggage. The facilities at this hotel are top-notch, and we particularly enjoyed the sauna and outdoor swimming pool. The spa centre was an absolute highlight of our stay; the massage we had here was utterly fantastic! The restaurant served delicious meals, and we loved the gorgeous poolside snack bar. The room was clean, and the mini-bar was well-stocked.

Liked open planned foyer, beautiful view, close to pool. Hilltop location with nice view of Patong beach. End of beach road, 5-10 min walk to center. Rooms with attached swimming pool are best, value for money. Good stay!

As party people, we loved the convenience of accessing the quiet section of the beach while still being close to the town centre. The hotel's free transportation made it easy to shop and enjoy the nightlife. The staff, especially Ms. Hilary and Ms. Chan, provided excellent attention and made us feel very welcome. The hotel's location offered an excellent view from our room and a supermarket right below. a perfect place for party people looking for a balance between relaxation and excitement.

Buggy service was slow.

We had a fantastic New Year Eve party at Novotel! The buffet was delicious and varied, the fireworks were breathtaking, and the staff, especially Sameer , provided excellent service and advice. The venue was perfect for celebrating the start of the new year. I highly recommend Novotel for New Year Eve celebrations!

the complementary breakfast was a nice touch, especially since it made it easy for me to grab a quick bite before heading out for meetings. the hotel was conveniently located near a lot of great restaurants and shops, making it easy for me to explore the area during my downtime.

While there were many things that were great about the hotel, there were a few things that I wasn't a huge fan of. the hotel was located up a steep hill, which made it difficult to walk around and navigate without getting tired.

We had a wonderful stay at Novotel in Patong. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beautiful beach with stunning sunset views. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, including a vegetarian section and halal choices. The prompt service and delicious food made our mornings enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and value-for-money experience.
