The staff treated us wonderfully and Clive from the front desk went above and beyond to fulfill our room upgrade request. The location was also perfect, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.

The breakfast offerings could be improved by preventing birds from flying into the dining area and disrupting guests' meals.

The staff were incredibly accommodating, quickly resolving any issues and ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere. The activities were executed to a world-class standard, and the bar staff's knowledge made for perfectly mixed drinks every time. The beach was stunning and the gardens were beautifully maintained. an unforgettable experience.
