The staff at the restaurants on the ground floor and top roof are very nice and useful. The maid on the 35th floor is willing to clean and serve clients. The hotel is clean and located near a recreational park, mall, 7/11, and a hospital. The staff is very helpful, kind, and friendly, especially David in the restaurant. Breakfast is good with a variety of choices and efficient service. The rooms are big with comfy beds and a sea view. They provide kitchenware upon request. The pool has a stunning view of the sea.

Great location in a community with walkable surroundings. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was spacious and comfortable with a well-equipped kitchenette. Breakfast and dinner buffets had a wide variety of tasty dishes. Enjoyed the large pool and stunning sunset views, as well as the onsen with separate men's and women's pools.

Nothing could have been better.

The hotel is in a great spot, close to a supermarket and a convenience store. It's located in a prominent area in the city and not too far from the Sriracha pier. The room we had was decent but nothing special. The bathroom was average, and there wasn't really anything memorable about the service. The breakfast was adequate, but not particularly noteworthy. On the plus side, the hotel had a nice swimming pool and a spa which were well maintained.

The sauna wasn't available until 5 pm, and even then, it was a bit of a hassle to get it turned on. The soundproofing between rooms wasn't great, and the balcony door was locked unless you specifically requested it to be unlocked.

Had a great Easter vacation with my family! We enjoyed the complimentary Easter egg hunt and chocolate treats in the morning. the location was perfect, close to many restaurants and convenient stores. the pool was a great spot to cool off and relax during the day.

The only minor issue was that the key card didn't work twice, causing some delay in accessing the room. Despite that, the staff was quick to resolve the problem, ensuring prompt service.

my recent stay at oakwood in si racha was amazing! the room was spacious and cozy, with a balcony and lovely views. the staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. the bed and pillows were super comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep.
