The hotel is perfectly located near 5th Avenue Mall, making it convenient for shopping and dining. It's also close to the dental clinic where I underwent treatment. The rooms are cozy and spotlessly clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They quickly address any issues that arise, ensuring a pleasant stay. The towels provided are large and of great quality, and the sun beds are always nicely prepared.

The lack of a hairdryer in the room was a minor inconvenience.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location was perfect, just a short walk away from Beach Road and close to lots of bars and restaurants. The room was spacious and clean, with a big fridge and a comfortable bed. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. We loved the rooftop pool, and the gym was great for a morning workout. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel!

There were a few good aspects about the hotel we stayed at. we received two complementary drink coupons which was nice. The location was also pretty good, not too far from the main shopping area. the room was equipped with a Nespresso machine, which was a major plus for us coffee lovers.

There were several negative aspects that made our stay less enjoyable. the hotel had no atmosphere and felt quite impersonal.

During our stay at Oakwood, we found the location to be excellent. It was just a short walk away from Beach Road, the pier, and numerous bars, pubs, and restaurants. We even had a cinema nearby for some entertainment. The pool looked inviting, although we didn't have a chance to try it out. Our room was spacious with a good-sized TV and ample lighting. We were also pleased with the cleanliness of the rooms and the variety of TV channels available. The hotel also accommodated our request for an early check-in and late check-out, which was much appreciated. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

While the bathroom in our room was small, it didn't hinder our overall experience at the hotel. Additionally, there were times when communication at the front desk could have been better, and the bathroom had a slight unpleasant odor.
