We had an amazing two-week stay at the hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location in the center of the new city was perfect, as it was close to the air railtrain, making transportation around the city incredibly convenient. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, always willing to share information and explain any inquiries we had.

The hotel also had great amenities, and the breakfast was the best I've had in Thailand, even better than most restaurants. The location was a bit outside the city center, but there was a convenient corridor that took me straight to the sky train, making it easy to explore this city.

Our corner room on the 29th floor offered stunning views of the city. The Japanese architecture and spacious bed added a touch of luxury. The daily turn-down service with origami animals was a delightful touch. The hotel's location in Sukhumvit made it convenient for both work and leisure activities. The breakfast buffet was impressive and satisfied our taste buds. we had an elegant and relaxing experience at Okura and would definitely recommend it.

The complimentary coffee and tea in the room were a nice touch. the hotel's location near the public transportation system and restaurants was convenient. the view from the window was amazing.

For the price I paid, I expected better quality bedding and pillows. the room itself felt a bit outdated and cramped.

The rooms are well-designed and beautifully appointed, providing a luxurious experience. The staff members are friendly and highly efficient, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet offers a fantastic spread, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The pool temperature can be a bit cool, especially during less sunny months.

the room service breakfast arrived 20 minutes later than promised, causing a minor inconvenience.
