We absolutely loved our stay at this lovely hotel. The value for money was excellent, and our room with a garden view and sea view terrace was simply stunning. The remote location provided breathtaking views of the water and smaller islands, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

They are attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist. Laila at the Sun Downers beach bar was especially outstanding, providing exceptional service every night. The beach at this hotel is absolutely amazing, with trees and hammocks that create a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel offers a variety of activities, such as batik painting and canoe rental, which are enjoyable and reasonably priced. The breakfast provided is delicious and offers a variety of Thai options. The pool, although a little cold, is still a nice place to relax and unwind. The overall atmosphere of this hotel is incredible and the quality of service is truly exceptional. I would love to return to this hotel when the sun is shining to fully appreciate all it has to offer.

The hotel's beach is not suitable for swimming during high season due to high and low tides. It is only possible to swim in the morning hours, and even then, you have to walk at least 300m to reach an area where swimming is possible.

The hotel is located in a secluded area, providing privacy and beautiful views. Guests can enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings away from the island village. The nearby Treehouse restaurant & bar offers a unique dining experience. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The breakfast selection is extensive and delicious. The staff provides excellent service, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests.

One aspect that could be improved is the maintenance of the interior wet areas, as some parts of the hotel appear to be in a state of disrepair.

Paradise Koh Yao exceeded our expectations. The beach pool villa was perfect, offering beautiful views and a private beach. The staff, though limited in English, were incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel's policy of hiring locals added to the authentic experience. our stay was unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of this resort is brilliant, right next to the ocean and away from the busy streets of Phuket. The rooms are stunning, with beautiful decor and a luxurious feel. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast buffet is decent, and there are plenty of facilities, like a spa and a private beach.

Communication could be better, as there were no notifications about renovations and the closure of the pool and main restaurant.

The room was spacious and had a great view, with amenities like air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a balcony. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. The hotel also offered a range of services such as bicycle hire, housekeeping, and laundry. I particularly enjoyed the spa and wellness centre, which had a sauna and outdoor swimming pool. The beach access was also a highlight, and there were plenty of activities to choose from like snorkelling and fishing. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

Private and safe atmosphere, perfect for relaxing and enjoyable boat trips to nearby islands. Happy hour specials at the beachfront bar and plenty of wildlife to see and hear.

High prices, being isolated without easy access to nearby shops, and limited options for snacks and drinks on site. Inconvenient ferry and taxi transportation to and from other areas.
