staying at grand avenue condo was truly amazing. the host, min, was the best we've ever had. the apartment was clean and modern, with a comfortable bed. the pool was huge and we loved the central location.

Security guards need better instructions.

The girl Min is classy and amazing. Great location near Soi Buakhao. Quiet place. The staff is always smiling. Comfortable, clean, and large apartment. Beautiful swimming pool.

The apartment was amazing and clean. It is very quiet during nights, considering the nightlife is literally just outside. It has a coffee machine, pans, and other equipment like that. Amazing pool with nearby restaurants and bars. Also, can't forget the massage places just next to the hotel. Every room has a TV with Netflix, making it very comfortable. Definitely staying here next year.

Mind-blowingly clean and comfortable with a smooth check-in process and excellent communication from the host. Surprisingly quiet yet conveniently close to all the action, with a 7/11 and free supermarket just a stroll away. The pools are large, pristine, and equipped with sun loungers. I highly recommend this place and host for a jaw-droppingly fantastic stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was brand new, well-furnished, and impeccably clean. The two-room apartment had a fully equipped kitchen, which was very convenient for us. The hotel facilities, including the gym, sauna, pool, and steam bath, were all top-notch and free to use. The pool, in particular, was incredibly large and beautiful, unlike anything we've seen in our travels. The location of this hotel was also a major highlight. It was located right in the center, close to everything. There were plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance, making it extremely convenient for us.
